Your voyage starts in Bergen, Norway’s second-largest city and a gateway to the fjords. Founded in 1070 A.D., Bergen boasts architecture influenced by the prosperous 14th-century German trading organization, the Hanseatic League. You’ll also meet your ship’s Coastal Experience Team, who will be your guides as we sail Norway’s coastline. They’ll organize lectures, onboard activities, and optional hikes.

Sail through Nordfjord and arrive in Ålesund, famed for its Art Nouveau architecture and scenic coastal setting.

Seasonal fjord cruising to Hjørundfjord & Urke (spring/autumn) or UNESCO-listed Geirangerfjord (summer), before calling at Molde, the “City of Roses,” with views of the Molde Panorama.

Arrive in historic Trondheim, founded in 997, with three hours to explore highlights like Nidaros Cathedral, the Archbishop’s Palace, Gamle Bybro, colourful Bakklandet, and Kristiansten Fort.

In the afternoon, sail northwest past Kjeungskjær Lighthouse, rocky islets, and reefs, continuing towards the charming town of Rørvik.

Cross the Arctic Circle with a traditional ceremony, experiencing the Midnight Sun in summer or Northern Lights in winter.

Visit Ørnes near Svartisen Glacier, then Bodø with optional Saltstraumen maelstrom excursions. Enter the Lofoten Archipelago, admire the Lofoten Wall, Stamsund fishing fleet, and arrive at Svolvær, the islands’ charming main town.

Dock in Harstad for a morning stroll before sailing to Finnsnes and scenic Senja Island, keeping an eye out for seabirds including puffins. Arrive in Tromsø, the Arctic exploration capital, with time to explore Polaria, shops, cafés, and the famous Arctic Cathedral. End of the voyage after lunchtime, concluding your Arctic Norway adventure.
